Patrick wants to place minutes online Treasurers Report Read by Bonnie Creech Accepted as read Received $423.83 for damages to the old trailer Old Business No need to replace the stop watches on the lap counters Starter Clock John Logan gave an update on the starter clock, now has a remote start switch, parts are delicate and must be handled carefully, total price is around $115. Tony has a sheet of Plexi glass for covering the face of the clock Kwinas Club Update Wanted planes and helis for a display, Lin will try to make it, as well as Terry & Patrick Jet Rally Terry is receiving flack about the dates being the same as the AMPS event. Every thing is on for the jet rally. Pre-registration is on the Internet The Lucky Bastards may not be available for the half time show, will do runway display. 4 colors are needed for the raffle. Entire 332nd Red tails will be participating. Pit passes will be sold at 5-7 dollars a piece. John Logan will do pictures, 5x7's will be for sale with sleeves for $5. Motion to buy sleeves for the pictures (passed) JR Gold Cup Practice on Friday the 13th. Twenty dollar gift certificate for those who come to help; provided by Horizon Hobby No 424 will be in the race. The event will be held on May 13-14 New Business Lin has received a warning sign from the AMA. Jack suggested that we have the park make up a sign from it. An introductory pilot program was also included inside the packet, and Lin has placed 3 people into the program: Jim Perdue, James Creech and Marcel Kruszeski. See Lin for the rules Two firebirds have shot each other down on a 27 MHZ channel. Still trying to get interest in an Electric Fun Fly! Jon Perdue will work up the dates and plans.
