Minutes Read by Brian Myers Accepted as read Treasurers report Read by James Creech Accepted as read Old Business John Logan has finished the starter clock Jet rally was rained out on Saturday Broke attendance record for spectators for our event Brought in $1238.56 Must now have traffic control workers for jet rally Al Klein passed around two pictures of the crowd Gold Cup Nine entries collected so far, more are expected to come No expenses for the raffle YS .62 will be raffled off Volunteers must have worked two races to be a course worker Trophies will be supplied by JR/ Horizon hobbies Ray Coletto suggests we check the race trailer Terry announced Auggie from Orange Blossom Hobbies has passed away Ken Key's wife recently passed away, suggest we send a card or flowers Motion to buy a card (passed) Jim Perdue has brought up pins for the impound being sold by AMA for $125 New Business Ray Brown is now the contest coordinator for the district He is also calling for Randy Bridge for the world championships in France More safety officers are needed Looking to draw up a new set of rules for the field Patrick has made Training Logs, see website for copies John Logan wants to sell pictures at the Gold Cup Motion made for John to take pictures (passed) Motion made to go back to the old way of placing raffle prizes on the table (passed) Projects Terry Bingham brought a Bryon's Kit F-16 Charlie Kline brought a Top Flight Cessna 182, he bought it from an older gentleman who has left the hobby Ray Brown brought a home made foam, from was bought from a home depot in Tennessee Jim Perdue brought an electric pylon racer that turns 3500 RPM and over 100 MPH Meeting adjourned Pizza and sodas for all
